1. Introduction

Welcome to XRDrive (operated under the DBA Network Package), a proprietary software platform that enables users to search and access structured data on recently funded companies. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, services, tools, and content provided via xrdrive.com. By accessing or using the XRDrive platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to register or use XRDrive.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during account registration and to keep your credentials secure.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
XRDrive reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or suspected fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity.

3. Description of Services

XRDrive is an AI-powered venture capital data platform that enables users to search for companies that have recently received funding. The service provides structured company lead data, including but not limited to company name, funding amount, funding date, industry, stage of funding, investors involved, country, email address, and website. Results are delivered through a smart search interface and consumed using a credit system (XR Credits).

The service is designed for informational, analytical, research, and business intelligence purposes only. It is not intended to serve as financial, investment, or legal advice.

4. XR Credits and Mini-Credits

Access to data is governed by a credit system: 1 XR Credit = 10 Mini-Credits.
Each lead viewed or copied uses 1 Mini-Credit. The number of credits deducted depends on the number of leads accessed or actions performed.
Credits can be purchased securely via PayPal or other supported methods.
All credits expire 12 months from the purchase date. Expired credits cannot be refunded or reinstated.
No refunds are issued for used, unused, expired, or forfeited credits.
Daily usage is capped at 10 XR Credits (100 Mini-Credits) per user unless otherwise specified. Limits may be updated at any time.

5. Data Accuracy and Use of Information

XRDrive and Network Package strive to provide the most accurate, up-to-date, and verified data possible by curating publicly available sources and applying automated enrichment tools. However, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the data displayed.

Users are responsible for verifying any information obtained from XRDrive before relying on it for decisions. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that XRDrive and Network Package shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or delays in the information provided, or for any actions taken based on such information.

All data is provided “as is,” and may include estimates or inferred values generated through third-party APIs, machine learning models, and semantic extraction. This includes fields such as funding dates, investor names, emails, and company descriptions.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use XRDrive lawfully and ethically. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

Scraping, reselling, redistributing, or reproducing any portion of the platform or its data without permission.
Using bots, spiders, crawlers, or any form of automated access to extract data.
Using the platform to send spam, harass individuals, or impersonate others.
Attempting to bypass system limitations, security features, or credit deduction mechanisms.
Uploading malicious code, viruses, or any content that interferes with the platform’s operation.

Violation of this policy may result in account suspension, credit forfeiture, permanent banning, and potential legal action.

7. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

XRDrive respects your privacy and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data laws.
Your personal information is collected only when necessary and with your consent.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time.
Your data is encrypted during transmission and stored securely. We do not sell, trade, or rent your data.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, visual elements, backend logic, code, and brand assets are the exclusive property of XRDrive/Network Package. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the service strictly for personal or internal business purposes. Unauthorized duplication or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.

9. Availability, Maintenance, and Changes

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features or services at any time, with or without notice.
Occasional downtime may occur for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.
We are not liable for service interruptions or delays in access.
Changes to these Terms will be announced via in-app notices or email.

10. Security

We take security seriously and use HTTPS encryption, firewall protection, session monitoring, and access controls to protect user data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. By using XRDrive, you accept this risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XRDrive and Network Package disclaim all liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to business interruptions, data loss, inaccurate decisions, or system errors. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the service.

We are not responsible for any third-party content, links, or actions taken by other users. You assume full responsibility for any consequences resulting from the use or misuse of the information accessed via the platform.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to XRDrive shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
